I stayed in the History room and loved how roomy it was, especially the huge shower and those lovely fluffy towels. Helen and Garry made us feel so welcome, like our visit really mattered, and nothing seemed too much trouble. Breakfast is definitely worth booking. The coffee was fresh and tasty, and everything was cooked fresh too. I especially recommend the scrambled eggs 😎 I’d come back, and I’ll be telling friends and family this is the place to stay in Warrington.

I was up this way for work and was really glad they booked me into the school house. Gary gave me a warm welcome and a tour, so I knew my way around and where things were. The room was cosy, had everything I needed, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was brilliant, and breakfast was awesome. Next time I’m in the area, I’ll ask to stay here again.

We came for a local music festival in August and have already booked our room for next year. The owners, Garry & Helen, were so friendly and helpful. The building is lovely inside and out, and our room was cosy and spotless. There was a great selection at breakfast, and it was excellent. One of the best b&b's i've stayed at. I'd highly recommend it.

We only found this place by chance after our usual holiday inn was full, but we've already booked our next trip. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, breakfast was a full English to die for with endless filtered coffee, and we were made to feel welcome from the start. Helen and I had quick, easy communication. We were delayed by traffic, and she simply told us to stay safe. After 35 years working in the public sector, I found the service at this wonderful guest house refreshing. Can't wait for Garry's breakfast again in November. Thank you both. Andy

A comfortable room, great location and wonderful hosts. Really nice little b&b. Only small thing, there was no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom, so bring your own. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m in the area.
