Travelodge Warrington

Front desk service was poor. The vending machine was broken in the evening, and no staff came out to help or advise. Earlier in the morning there was nobody around to ask about the breakfast bag. At 10:30am, a sign said reception was closed, with no indication of when it would reopen. On arrival in awful weather, we weren’t told verbally that parking had to be paid for using the app or the pay-and-display machine. We missed the signs in the car park, but paid when we left and luckily didn’t get fined. At least it was cheap.

The rooms were quiet and clean, the beds really comfortable, and the bath and shower were great. It’s in a great location close to town. The staff gave me a very friendly welcome, and special thanks to Ashleigh, I think that was their name, for helping with my parking issue. Thank you. Stayed 13/09/25.

Helpful local information, friendly service and very clean rooms. We’re going back for a week. Best value at the moment.

The room was clean, but trains passed all night. There was no hairdryer, and no one was ever at reception after the initial check-in, so I couldn’t get a breakfast box each morning.
