The room was huge and spotless, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept hard. It was quiet, too, and the hotel has a gym and pool, though I didn't get to use either. USB outlets would've helped, but I had my charging block. The place feels more upscale than you'd expect. Breakfast was hot and free, the coffee was decent, and when I arrived starving around 5 pm, there was free soup in the cozy, seasonally decorated lobby. Service was great. The woman at the desk took time to walk me through nearby restaurants. I'd happily stay again. One thought, since they leave envelopes out for housekeeping tips, it might help to have an ATM in the lobby or a personal Venmo link. It does make me wonder whether the staff are paid enough.

The room's a bit dated, but it's clean, quiet, and the bed is comfortable. The front desk person was polite and nice. I checked in tonight, and the main things are right, so I'd stay here again and recommend it if you're looking for a comfortable room.

Our booked room was out of order when we arrived, but they still managed to fit my kids and me in. Shannon at the front desk was lovely and upbeat. I brought gift cards to use toward the stay, then checked the next morning to make sure they'd gone through. The woman working the desk was very nice too, though I didn't get her name. She had pretty tattoos and a septum piercing. The room, lobby, and halls were clean and comfortable. I'd come back.

I needed a night away from the semi and got a room here. It's pet friendly, and they serve hot breakfast in the morning. There were kids around, but I couldn't hear them unless they were passing through the hall. Great stay.

If you're going to events at the Fairgrounds, the location is really handy. Service and breakfast were great, and Bentleys is a nice drive-through coffee shop right nearby that supports dogs. The pool, hot tub, and rooms were fine, though they look older and a bit run down.
