Best Western Airport Albuquerque InnSuites Hotel & Suites

We were caught in stormy weather and I stayed here to avoid traveling in it. The front desk was very busy when I arrived, but the staff handled it well and were helpful and friendly. There aren't elevators, and they offer help if you need or ask for it. I was on the second floor near the stairs and a door, which was convenient. After I'd settled in, the front desk called to see if the room was suitable. I forgot to take photos, but the sink and bed were high, which my better half would've liked. The room was tidy and comfortable. Breakfast is included, with good choices: waffles, oatmeal, cereal, toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, green chile, yogurt, coffee, and juice. I commute for work, so I'll stay here again during future weather delays.

Rose made the morning especially easy, helping with all my heavy luggage and staying outside in the cold until she knew I was safely in my car. I’d arrived late without a reservation, but the front desk found me a room right away. The staff were pleasant and knew their stuff, and the room was clean and comfortable. A really convenient stay with wonderful people.

We came to Albuquerque because of a family emergency, and the kind, helpful front desk staff made a difficult time easier. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and breakfast was hot and tasty, with the attendants keeping everything fresh. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or fitness center, but I bet they’re great too.

The only small annoyance was a mini fridge in one room that switched on and off much louder than expected. Aside from that, both of my stays were consistently good, one before and one after a trip through Sunport. The rooms were clean, with plenty of pillows and towels, and breakfast was included, fresh, and surprisingly extensive. The small fitness center was clean, had cold water bottles, and was enough to get a workout done. Everyone I met, from the desk to housekeeping and breakfast attendants, was friendly. Great value for the price.
