Nasty place and terrible parking. We paid before looking at the room, so couldn't get a refund. We walked in, turned around, and went to the Hampton Inn one exit away.

Parking was awful and the customer service was bad. We found several roaches in the room and nearly ended up sleeping in the car.

On 2/19/2025, the woman in room 103 was loud, fighting, and seemed to be on drugs. People kept going in and out all night, and I couldn't sleep. I tried calling management, but no one picked up. Please be more selective about who you let stay there.

I didn't stay here, but a friend was staying and invited me in. I saw a roach as soon as I entered, then more roaches and a spider in the bathroom. The walls were dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, and I had to fix the toilet so it would flush. In my opinion, the front desk person was awful and had poor customer service skills. I wouldn't stay here, and you won't have to worry about me booking a room. It seemed like more money went into security cameras than the rooms.

We left right away and found another motel with better service. The clerk at the station was extremely rude and disrespectful when we tried to get a room. It was just me and my significant other, with our Lyft waiting outside for check-in, but the clerk immediately accused us of trying to sneak extra people in. I tried to explain, but kept getting interrupted and called a liar. Then the clerk walked away from the booth and left us there. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend.
