Kasa Southeast-Airport Austin

The apartment had just the basic essentials, but enough for what we needed, and we'd rent it again. It was peaceful and clean, with plenty of room for our family of four. The only real downside was the noise: the upstairs neighbor was loud, there seemed to be work going on next door, and the worker's hacking cough woke us early every morning. The walls are thin, so we could also hear neighbors and planes constantly. Still manageable. The location is a bit out of the way, away from city traffic but close enough to pop in.

The apartment itself was cozy, inviting, clean, and modern, and we had a good stay overall. The location was about 15 minutes from downtown Austin, which was handy, but it wasn't great for walking to shops or restaurants, and there was noise. We also had to figure out the gate on our own using the fob. Clearer directions would help, as would printed information about the amenities on the grounds. We'd go back.

The apartment felt like a home away from home for my full week. I could cook in the fully equipped kitchen and save money, and the comfortable beds, luxurious sheets, quiet area, and blackout curtains in the bedrooms helped me sleep well. I enjoyed morning sunrises from the large balcony sitting area. The gym was large and well equipped, and the pool was a nice way to cool off, making my work stay feel like a vacation. Parking was ample and close to the airport, and I never struggled to find a spot near my building. The complex felt safe and quiet, even when I came home at night. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. Staff replied almost immediately whenever I had a question or issue.

We stayed in the same unit as on our first visit, when we came to see our daughter and her husband in Austin, TX. The apartment was clean, and the staff were very helpful when we ran into an issue. It has the feel of a hotel complex, with a pool and all, but having a full kitchen and living area made it better for us. We'd definitely stay again.
