I’d recommend this B&B and plan to stay again. The welcoming innkeeper and town made a lovely impression, and it’s a historic inn with modern conveniences in a residential area near Baltimore landmarks. The restored home is clean and convenient, with beautiful details and a real sense of care. Downstairs there are lovely shared spaces, while the comfortable rooms have private bathrooms, big-screen TVs, and WiFi.

Linda is both owner and innkeeper, and she’s a friendly, affable host. Her breakfast was great, especially her take on eggs benedict. I also appreciated the designated free parking since I drove. The room was spacious, clean, and had an incredibly comfortable bed. The historic building has an interesting past, even by American standards, and Linda is happy to tell you about it. The Orioles and Ravens stadiums are just around the corner. I’d recommend staying here for a more personal experience than a hotel.

We loved the decor, especially the spacious room, beautiful library, and lovely courtyard. The location was great too, a five-minute walk to the baseball stadium and 15 minutes to the Inner Harbor. For our weekend stay, Nadia greeted us at the door, showed us around, and offered pastries, coffee, and wine. Check-in was seamless thanks to clear step-by-step instructions. Parking is limited on the street, so the free lot behind the B&B was a big help. Rachael's Inner Harbor Boutique Inn was a perfect place for our first night as an engaged couple 😊

Sam helped me get safely from the free private lot behind the Inn and suggested a terrific dinner at Angie's Seafood. The Letitia Mae Suite was immaculate, with a huge clawfoot soaking tub, a pretty balcony, and a cozy electric fireplace. Rachael's Dowry is a charming B&B in a historic, black-owned home, tucked into an urban oasis. It’s steps from Camden Yards. I’m looking forward to coming back in summer for the courtyard and a ballgame.

Linda went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and her tailored breakfast was gorgeous. That set a lovely tone for the weekend. We booked the place for a surprise Valentine's Day getaway about two years ago. It was cheap and in Baltimore, which were our only criteria, so expectations were low. But the simple historic charm exceeded them: original windows, creaky wooden stairs, beautiful brickwork, preserved architecture, and furnishings that suited the house. The small courtyard, with its old Magnolia tree and brick path, fit the place perfectly. I wish Linda and Rachael's Dowery all the best.
