Food was on the room wall, the TV picture was messed up even though the set wasn’t broken, and pieces of the ceiling fell on me while I was sleeping. When I asked for clean towels because mine had food on them, the woman looked at me as if I’d put it there, then said she was the one who put those towels in the room. I’d just arrived and needed a shower, and I’d left them folded as she had. Her having put them there doesn’t change that they had food on them. They also say your card has to be valid through your departure date. If you’ve already taken my money, why does it still need to be valid? I checked another hotel and they don’t say that. I posted a picture of the Scottish Inns payment policy, with orange words.

I was working nearby for a few months and really liked staying here. The rooms were super clean, customer service was great, and the weekly rates were good. Parking was a bit tight since most of us staying there had trucks, but it worked out, and the lot was very well lit. There’s no breakfast, but plenty of nearby places to grab something on the go. I’ll definitely stay again for my next work project.

I’ve been staying here about a month, and it’s been very clean and quiet. The owners are strict, which is a good thing, and they’ve been welcoming and nice to me. They’re always outside keeping the place tidy. The beds are really comfortable, and the AC stays very, very cold lol. I 100% recommend it. Thanks for a great stay.

We stayed for a month and a half and were treated like family. The rooms were spotless, and some of the double rooms have a handy kitchenette, which is perfect for business travelers. You can tell how much the owner cares about the guests and the business. This is the very best Bay City has to offer, and I’ll never stay anywhere else when I travel there. Thanks for a great experience!
