We only ate at the restaurant, not at the Inn, and had a great dinner on the outdoor patio. My pecan crusted trout and DH’s steak were both excellent. The spacious yard and view made for a relaxing evening, and our server was friendly and attentive.

The food and service were great. We enjoyed the flavorful, fresh chicken marsala, and my wife loved the trout with pecan topping. The calamari was cooked just right, with only the best pieces, and the wine selection was good. The service was world class and very friendly. The atmosphere was great, with mountain views and even about 10 deer running by. Highly recommend.

Innkeeper Steve was super, attentive, informative, and very helpful, and the support staff were nice. We had a spacious room with a Juliet balcony, a gas log fireplace, and a nice view. The amenities were good, and the restaurant food was good too. It’s an older place with no elevator, so carrying bags can be a little difficult.

Steve, who I assume is the manager, gave us excellent customer service from the moment we arrived. We had dinner at the restaurant with our friends, and the food was beyond my expectations. It was the best meal we’ve all had in a very long time. Our waitress and the rest of the staff were excellent too. I’d highly recommend staying and dining here, a 10-10 for me.

The filet mignon, 8 oz, was very good, and my pecan rainbow trout was tender and moist, though tasteless. The sweet potato and fresh green beans were good. The sign outside says Live Music Sundays at 5 pm, but there was no live music. That was clearly due to Covid-19, so they should cover the sign instead of advertising something that isn’t happening. Our server, Brooke, didn’t introduce herself or ask if we’d been there before or were celebrating anything. It was my birthday, and we’d driven 40 minutes from TN. The menu called a drink a Split of CHAMPAGNE for $12, but it was Spanish sparkling wine. It was quite good, but should be labeled honestly. Not a great dinner overall.
