Every staff member I ran into was pleasant and friendly, from the front desk to the hallways, dining room, and housekeeping. That alone would make me come back. The hotel also makes getting around easy: I-90 is simple to reach whether or not you're in the carpool lane, and with more than two people in the car you can use that lane to get downtown Seattle in about 10 minutes. It's a good alternative to staying in DT Seattle, and parking is included. I live locally and stayed here twice for a week each while between selling my old home and moving into the new one. The rooms had kitchens and full-size refrigerators, and breakfast in the morning was good.

I called the front desk and amenities teams to arrange a birthday surprise for my mother-in-law. They were lovely to deal with and went beyond what I asked, making the setup even better. Big thumbs up to both teams!

Wei, who was working the morning dining room and buffet, was especially kind, friendly, and attentive. He made us feel at home, and I really appreciate his help. Our room was spacious, like a small apartment with a kitchen, and the Bellevue property was classy, clean, and pleasant.

Free parking was the reason I first chose this hotel, and the people here are fabulous. The front desk made sure my points were applied correctly. I was late to breakfast for once and got downstairs at 9:58, but the food was still out even though it closes at 10. The staff were starting cleanup, saw me and two others getting food, and waited another 10 minutes. I've stayed at plenty of places where that wouldn't happen, so I really appreciated it. Housekeeping was kind too. I technically had two more hours before checkout, but hadn't told anyone and had planned to leave by the usual time. The housekeeper told me there was no rush. These little things mean a lot to guests and made for a less stressful stay. Lovely place, and I'll definitely stay here whenever I'm in the Seattle area.

The room was cozy and tidy, and the hall carpets were thick enough to soften footsteps. Outside noise, like EB, still came through and bothered me. The pool and hot tub weren't busy. Service was quick and excellent, and the breakfast buffet was really good, especially the fresh fruit.
