The front desk staff were welcoming and eager to help, and the GM even reached out to ask about my concerns. I believe he took my minor issue seriously and will work on it. The grounds are well kept, and the property was very clean. The rate is pretty aggressive for the location, but once inside I could see why. I'd definitely recommend it for its value, safety, and top-tier cleanliness. I was impressed.

The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, but they were the only redeeming part of an otherwise terrible stay. The room smelled awful, and the closet smelled awful too. The bathroom was cramped and unsanitary, especially the neglected, poorly cleaned bathtub. I also found the neighborhood uncomfortable and distinctly unsafe feeling. There was no microwave, which was a real inconvenience. The bathroom was so tight that basic movements were difficult. Between that, the hygiene problems, the missing appliance, and the location, I can't recommend staying here. Management should address these fundamental problems.

I accidentally paid online for two rooms, although I only needed and checked into one. Booking contacted the hotel to confirm a refund for the unused room, but the hotel wouldn't approve it. Now I'm out more than $100 over a mistake. As a single mother of three, I think it's ridiculous to take money from paying customers this way. Their customer service was terrible.

The only thing I can say in the hotel's favor is its convenient location. The website photos are misleading, and the place is outdated, dirty, and badly in need of renovation. I was glad I only had to stay one night, and I wouldn't recommend it. My room smelled strongly, the sheets and pillows were visibly stained, and the refrigerator was dirty and smelled bad. The shower had mildew and was dangerously slippery, and the toilet was broken. When I tried the blow dryer, it smoked and sparked flames. I was also charged an extra $50 deposit. I asked for clean sheets, but the front desk showed no urgency. I made the bed myself and found more dirty, stained linens, including the comforter.
