The Oliver House - Adults Only

We were only at the Oliver House for one night, so we didn’t try its amenities. The room was clean and well organized, with updates that made it more comfortable while keeping its historic feel. The bed worked well for us, though I would’ve liked a choice of pillows.

We slept really well because it was absolutely quiet, and the art throughout the house was cool. Room 7 had plenty of space, a comfortable bed, and a little sink. Breakfast was self-serve and convenient, and the caretaker was friendly and helpful. The restroom was outside the room, but that didn’t bother us. No complaints, and I’d definitely come back.

We were welcomed so warmly when we arrived and taken straight to the in-house bar. The room had just the right amount of space, and the house itself has such a cool look, from the luggage in the hallway to the old creaky stairwell. It’s perfectly placed for walking around town. Loved this place, and I can’t wait to visit again.

Caleb, the caretaker, was so warm and welcoming, and did everything he could to make our stay pleasant. We loved the continental breakfast, and everything from making the reservation to checking in was easy. The Oliver House is a really interesting historic place, and I was glad I could bring my little dog. We loved staying here and highly recommend it.
