The pool and hot tub were kept up well, and breakfast was good. The fitness room is a little small, though it works fine. The building was clean and well maintained. Its late 80s to early 90s look felt retro to me, rather than dated.

The rooms were quiet, clean, and everything worked as it should. Breakfast had a nice mix of hot and cold items, with staff keeping everything tidy and stocked. Everyone we met at the front desk and on the shuttle was friendly and helpful. We parked our car here for nine days using the parking package, and the quick shuttle ride to the airport and back made the whole thing super convenient. We'd definitely do it again and will be repeat customers. Thanks!

We had rooms 134 and 136. In room 136, right by the entrance, there was a hole in the carpet with a nail sticking out, and I cut the bottom of my big toe on it. Wear shoes in that room. Our key cards didn't work at first, but they worked after that. They called it a maintenance issue and said maintenance wouldn't do anything until we left. Also, the snacks by the counter are expensive.

The room was just OK, but Brian at the front desk gave us a phenomenal welcome and was really professional. As gold members, we got a little bag with water and a snack. There was complimentary coffee and the usual sort of free breakfast. Housekeeping was great too: they brought a blanket right away when I asked, and the towels were clean and neatly folded. Even the linen carts looked crisp and carefully organized. The hotel is close to the Mall of America, with complimentary airport pickup and rides to the mall. It's a nice walk if you're up for some distance, and we caught the bus down the block to the zoo.
