SpringHill Suites by Marriott Cincinnati Blue Ash

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower had plenty of room. I checked in after midnight and the night manager was friendly, even offering me water. I had a pleasant one-night stay at Springhill Suites in Blue Ash and would come back.

The breakfast selection was consistent and satisfactory, and the staff were friendly. My room was exceptionally clean and in excellent condition, as was the clean, well-maintained property. I’d use this Springhill location as a convenient midpoint on future trips through Ohio.

The room was very clean, and I liked the shower, pool, and area. Service gets 4 stars, though. Two staff members were discussing inappropriate personal things while we were sitting at breakfast.

I was concerned by earlier reviews mentioning bed bugs, but my room couldn’t have been cleaner. The hotel felt very nice, modern, and impressively clean. The bed was pretty comfortable, with four regular pillows on each queen, eight total, and none of those little square pillows we all despise. The TV had a personalized welcome when I arrived, and the front desk staff were super courteous and friendly. They provided two bottles of water. The shower had good pressure, though it took some time to get the temperature right since the dial didn’t adjust easily. Breakfast was nicely presented and had good options.
