I’m in the Bradenton area about every 30 days, so I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels nearby. This was one of my best stays. The room and hotel were clean and modern, and despite a large group of teen athletes being there, it stayed very quiet. The staff kept things pleasant for everyone and were attentive throughout. Tommy at reception went out of his way to extend my checkout so I could take my meetings. The location is ideal, close to everything, and I highly recommend it. This will be my hotel of choice on future trips.

Tommy at the front desk really made this stay memorable. He was so welcoming and easy to chat with, and we had some lovely conversations. That personal touch is hard to find these days. The hotel itself was friendly, clean, and had a great atmosphere.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was quiet. Front desk staff were polite and capable. Breakfast was the usual limited American hotel buffet, heavy on carbs and nothing special. It works well for an overnight stay or a few nights, but I wouldn’t expect more.

I wouldn’t stay here again. I noticed bites during my stay and later confirmed there were bedbugs in the room. It made me very uncomfortable and worried about cleanliness and health, and I couldn’t rest or enjoy my day properly. The hotel needs to improve its pest control and room inspections.

Diana was the real highlight of our stay. She was assisting during breakfast and did an outstanding job, going above and beyond and making the experience exceptional. The rest of the staff were professional and welcoming too. We were here for the final weekend of the soccer Dimitri Cup 2026, and the soccer park is only about 10 minutes away. I’d book this hotel again, especially if Diana is working.
