Cambria Hotel Burbank Airport

I needed a last-minute room while flying across the US, and they were friendly and helped me get into a nice, clean room that was set up well. I slept great, and they let me check out late. I’d definitely stay here again!

When I’m traveling through Burbank again, I’d definitely stay here. It’s a great new hotel near the Burbank airport, with a spacious, clean room and a well-lit bathroom. The shower was good quality, too. There was a good range of food at the restaurant and bar, and the staff were friendly and efficient.

My husband and I are here for the weekend. The rooms are very nice, and the location is okay, with places to eat nearby besides the hotel food, which wasn’t the worst. Everything else about the hotel was fine except for one staff member. I went to ask about placing an order, but the man wearing glasses and a hat acted like he hadn’t heard me. When I tried again, he said he wasn’t a server and walked away. My husband and I were completely confused. We asked another server to take our order, but he was totally unhelpful, too.

I’d definitely stay at Cambria hotel again. The hotel was clean, the customer service was outstanding, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed happy hour each evening, and the area was surprisingly quiet despite being so close to the Burbank Airport. Our one complaint was the lack of face cloths. We asked housekeeping twice and were told they didn’t have any. That seemed true, since cleaning the room brought fresh bath and hand towels but no face cloths. Luckily, Target and Wal-Mart were less than two miles away.
