Rodeway Inn Bushnell

I've been staying here for two weeks now, and it's been quiet and uninterrupted. My room is clean and has no bugs. The staff are wonderful, live on site, and are willing to help when needed. The owner's family member in the room next to mine is the best, checking whether I need towels or anything.

The man who checked us in was great, and the location is handy for the interstate while still being very quiet. That's where the good parts end. The room was spacious, but the bed felt like it could cause lasting back problems. The faucet leaked, and the room wasn't clean. I'd planned to stay two nights, but I couldn't sleep because of the bed, so I went to the other hotel in town.

A really cool family runs the place. The rooms were clean enough, I felt safe, and there were no bugs. There's a good field for walking the dog. Perfect for a quick overnight stop while traveling.

The front desk gentleman was pleasant and professional when we checked in. We may stay again sometime, but next time we'll bring extra towels. Some of the towels were plainly dirty, and the shower curtain was dirty too. I couldn't tell if the mark was blood or someone had wiped makeup on it. We asked for more towels after hours, but although a sign said to ring the bell for service, we couldn't find the bell. We ended up drying off with the remaining towels, the clean ones. It's the only motel in town, so if you're there for family or business, it may be your only option. It was way overpriced. We skipped breakfast, so I can't comment on it. My husband left a couple of things behind and didn't want to go back for them.
