Jonathan at the front lobby really made the stay for me. He was friendly, professional, and ready to help whenever we needed something. The room was comfortable, clean, and clearly well cared for, and the whole place felt welcoming and calm. I had a great time here and would happily come back. Definitely recommend it.

The price makes sense for this part of Brooklyn, and the J train is right nearby. The amenities might be a little more limited than at a big chain, but the staff were flexible and accommodating. The 2026 blizzard left me stuck here longer than I wanted, and the front desk team was kind about helping me adjust my room and reservation so I could stay and get around. I'd stay again next time I'm in NYC.

BKLYN House was a really comfortable place to come back to after a long day. My room was spacious, very clean, and had everything in good working order, including the TV. The staff were lovely throughout, always kind, welcoming, and attentive. There's also a subway station close by for heading into the city centre. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend BKLYN House.

I needed a room on a freezing, single-digit day while waiting for ConEd to restore power to my nearby apartment, so I booked on very short notice for Friday night. It was $174, plus $75 for my dog. The room was warm, clean, and bigger than I expected, though pretty bare: no cups by the sink, no conditioner, a very small shower, and linens that felt a bit scratchy. For the last-minute price, the quality seemed fair, so I don't have complaints. I wouldn't choose it for a week, but a night or two is fine. The neighborhood is very safe for out-of-towners, though it may not be what you picture. Citi bikes are right outside, and a quick ride down Flushing gets you to Bushwick's trendy bars and restaurants. In better weather, some great spots are easy to walk to. The J/M is close too, and gets you to Manhattan in 20 minutes.

Peter was a big part of why my stay at Bklyn House went so well. He was warm, helpful, and made sure I had what I needed. The rest of the workers were great too. The place itself had a comfortable, clean feel, with a patio out front for smokers and a beautiful cellar lounge with amazing 24 hors coffee. I had a great experience from beginning to end and would definitely return. Highly recommend it for a pleasant, easy stay in Brooklyn.
