Craftsman Inn

The manager answered quickly when we called late at night about turning the Jacuzzi jets on and off. They were ready to drive over and help, but we figured it out together over the phone, which we really appreciated. We stayed in the Diamond Room, with plenty of space for two and a nice big bathroom with a Jacuzzi. The little porch was a cool addition, though nothing fancy since it faces another home and the road. It was cold, so we didn't spend much time out there. The main road nearby wasn't very noticeable inside our room. It's a great little spot, walkable to all of downtown.

Nick and Gillian were incredibly friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome. We loved our two-night stay in the Diamond Room. It was romantic, luxurious, and just as described. Great location, within walking distance of downtown Calistoga, restaurants, and shops. We can't wait to return!

We were there in the off-season, and I think we may have been the only guests, but the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast came as meal vouchers for a cafe a short walk down the street, rather than being served at the inn. The bed was huge and comfortable, and so was the jacuzzi tub. Loved the place and would definitely stay again.

The location in downtown Calistoga was perfect, and we loved our morning walks to breakfast. We stayed in the Palisades room with our baby, and it suited us really well: spacious, comfortable, very clean, and stocked with what we needed. They also provided a pack n play. The snacks and water bottles were a nice touch. The downstairs common area and outdoor space were lovely, even though we didn't use them much. We loved our stay at the Craftsman Inn and hope to visit again.
