Camden Country Inn

Works well for a business traveler or a family. The front desk staff are friendly, the room is clean and nice, and housekeeping is very kind. Free WiFi, HBO, and complimentary breakfast are included.

I came to Camden for Fire Academy training and needed somewhere to sleep because I was arriving too late for the dorm. I found Camden Country Inn on Hotels.com. The pictures looked good, so I took a chance on a place I hadn't heard of. It was completely worth it. The photos are accurate, and this is a CLEAN, comfortable place that's been freshly updated. It's just east of town and convenient to anything you need nearby. After purchasing it, the owners completely remodeled the property, stripping it back to the framing and putting in new floors, sheetrock, furniture, and everything else. This was a full renovation, not just a quick coat of paint. The rooms also have almost full size refrigerator/freezers. The new owner has done a phenomenal job cleaning the place up and making it a stand-alone business. The friendly staff are proud of what they've done to give it a new image. I'll stay here again next time I'm in town, and I'll put my guys up here when we're working in the area. 10/10 recommend.

The rooms were very large and clean, and the bed was soft. The office staff were great. Definitely recommend staying here.

I tend to be picky about hotels, so I wasn't sure about booking one without a brand name. Turned out I was pleasantly surprised. There aren't fancy amenities, but it had what you'd want: a super clean room, comfortable bed, and furniture that looked new. The staff were really friendly too.
