We had to stay for a month after a fire at our apartment, and couldn’t have chosen a better place. Ms. Evon and her team were on top of everything. The hotel was clean and organized, and the staff were caring, friendly, and accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful every morning, with fresh hot food, perfectly cooked, plenty of choices, and fresh fruit daily. The breakfast team kept everything stocked and the area clean, clearing and cleaning promptly throughout service. Housekeeping did a great job on a regular daily schedule, and staff gladly provided extras when we asked. They also have laundry on site and can provide quarters, plus a well-stocked supply of snacks and drinks and a freezer with food choices. You can tell the regular guests are treated well. The owners were there daily checking standards and supplies, including bringing in fresh fruit. There were daily staff meetings and inspections, strong communication between owners, management, and staff, and thoughtful planning for room check-ins and parties. 10 out of 10, we’ll definitely stay again.

Yvonne at the front desk stood out, and the whole staff were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. The hotel was a pleasant surprise, exceptionally clean and well maintained. Breakfast was better than average for this type of hotel. I’d readily recommend it, and if I pass through this area again, I’ll choose it right away.

The staff were friendly and the service was good. They let us check in early, and our ready room was conveniently on the first floor. Still, this wasn’t one of the better Holiday Inns I’ve stayed at. The bathtub drained slowly during showers, the towels were extremely small, and the TV guide listed channels we couldn’t find. We also noticed the AC leaking onto the floor late that night and told them at checkout the next morning. I prefer this place to the Hampton Inn across the street, but the gym was a tiny room, and the outdoor pool couldn’t be used in winter.

We were tired, and it was dark and raining, so this stop did what we needed. The beds were comfortable and all the staff were pleasant. It could use refurbishing, though. Noise carried between rooms and floors, doors kept slamming, and a loud train went by.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and there were nice breakfast choices. I was traveling for work and would recommend staying here.
