The hot breakfast was great, and the property was clean and conveniently located. Staff were friendly too. My wife’s only concern was the unusually tall bed in the accessible room. It didn’t cause her a problem, but it might be difficult for other guests, especially older people.

The beds were comfortable, and for the most part the place was clean and quiet. It looks like an older hotel that’s been renovated, though some areas were missed or left outdated. The indoor pool was marked “closed for repairs,” and I don’t know how long it had been that way. On the third floor the ice machine was out of service, with no way to tell for how long, and there was no soda or candy machine despite the elevator sign. Those kinds of things are common at mid-range hotels, but they’re still annoying.

I couldn’t sleep well because the air conditioning wasn’t working right. The sheets had food stains and there was hair in the tub, which made me question the cleanliness. The TV kept cutting out, and the ironing board collapsed when I tried to use the iron. Luckily, the iron wasn’t on it, or someone could have been hurt. I told the front desk clerk, but she only said “okay” and didn’t apologize or seem concerned. I hope management takes the cleaning and service problems seriously for future guests.

The rooms were clean and well cared for, and breakfast was great. People there were friendly too. A good place to stay.
