Clean and decent, with a little less space than ideal, but it was fine. Some floor trim had screws sticking out, though this was still better than several pricier places. The beach is about 3 minutes away.

We loved the quaint room and the location made it easy to walk anywhere. We stayed four nights for our first anniversary weekend. The one drawback was the cobwebs in the skylight and on the ceiling. It looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time.

I loved the Cannon Beach Hotel Collective location. The Hearthstone Inn rooms feel like tiny cabins, and honestly, the pictures don't do them justice! I only gave it two stars because the people in the “room” beside us were smoking pot. I'm allergic to that kind of smoke, and although it was against hotel policy, the front desk had closed by the time I went to ask for help. The dishes in our room were dirty, too. I only noticed a small sign as I was leaving that said previous guests wash them, not housekeeping. That was odd, but there were fresh sponges and soap, so it wasn't really an issue. I might've tried to buy another night if not for the neighbors and the smell.

A super cozy spot for a weekend in Cannon Beach. There's free parking, a Keurig machine, a full kitchen, and a working fireplace. You'll need to clean up the kitchen yourself. Check-in is at the hotel front desk, just a four-minute walk away.
