The staff were courteous and helpful, though the facilities need attention. The elevator needs service, and the breakfast area could use an update, with more seating and an easier way to get drinks and make waffles. The AC unit is very old and swings between too hot and too cold. The window seemed to have been opened before and wouldn’t shut properly; we worried the wind might blow it open.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this place made me feel I had to say something. It was dirty, stinky, and old, with nothing but rooms. I never saw anyone at the desk except at check-in. No good, it was a dump.

I’m pretty OCD about cleaning hotel rooms, so I bring wipes to sanitize surfaces. This was the first time I didn’t find a speck of dirt anywhere. It may not be as new as other hotels, but I’ll take a clean room over looks. The location is tucked away from the main roads, though it’s a quick drive to everything you need. Not sure why the rating is low. I’d stay here again if I’m in the area.

It’s okay for the price, but I asked the woman at the front desk for batter and she told me to wait for the server to come back. The server never did, so I had to leave without it.
