The place looks nice and has a lot of potential, but the lack of cleaning and willingness to work with us made the stay terrible. My coworkers and I were here for 1.5 weeks on rotating shifts and had several rooms. We had to ask several times before the rooms were finally cleaned. Service was inconsistent, and when cleaning did happen, they didn’t try to work around our schedules. Instead, we were expected to get the linens and towels and change them ourselves. Sometimes you learn the hard way.

Room cleaning takes a while, and the breakfast doesn’t have hot food. They only had boiled eggs, which seemed previously frozen, bread for the toaster, and a waffle machine. It would be nice to have hot options like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, tots, and hash browns, as at other hotels. I think they have enough working clients to offer that.

The elevator wasn’t working when we arrived, and we were on the third floor. We’d started putting our heavy suitcases on the carts, but had to leave them and take only our essentials. Breakfast was a letdown too. The choices were bread and jam, cereal, waffles, and yogurt, and none felt good or filling. It was a horrible stay, and we won’t come back.

I liked the room concept and design, but cleanliness was lacking. The hotel needs a thorough cleaning. Most of the staff were friendly, though a couple of employees could work on their attitude.

The room was clean and really nice for our one-night stay. Then I turned on the bathroom light in the middle of the night and saw two cockroaches running around.
