Renaissance Indianapolis North Hotel

My room was spacious, tidy, and comfortable, and the lobby was clean and welcoming. The pool and gym were both nice and well maintained. Breakfast is a convenient buffet on site for $19, decent enough. Staff were friendly when I arrived, and Alen at the front desk was especially engaging and welcoming at check-in. The huge parking lot was a bonus from the start. I only wish the rooms were better soundproofed. Otherwise, I had a great stay and would come back next time I’m in town.

Everyone was amazing from check-in through check-out. I left a package behind, and Shaylyn was really helpful about labeling it and arranging for UPS to pick it up. The bed was 10/10, one of the most comfortable I’ve EVER slept in. The only downside is that it’s a little out of the way, so you definitely need a car to get around. Thanks for a great stay ❤️

I was here on a business trip, and coming back to a clean hotel with friendly staff made it feel less like work. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in at a hotel, period. What a great place tucked away in Carmel, IN. I’ll absolutely come back if I’m in the area again.

We were on our honeymoon, had booked months in advance, and everything seemed fine until arrival. Then they told us they were overbooked and turned us away. I spoke with manager Andrew, but he said there was nothing he could do. I believe that wasn’t true, since our room had been given to someone else. My wife was in tears, and we shouldn’t have had to deal with this on our honeymoon because of poor management. I heard a lot of people were in town for a conference, and it seemed like they were turning away “little people” like us to make room for a big group. I saw others being turned away while a large group that arrived after us was welcomed with beverages. They couldn’t even call ahead to warn me. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED THIS BAD!!
