We used the inn for a multi-generational family trip, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spend time together or unwind. The garden and back patio were peaceful, well cared for, and a lovely place to relax. The decor made us feel at home, with cozy details throughout. It's also just a short walk to town, so exploring and going out to eat was easy. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back. Highly recommend. ~ Jennifer

We had 13 family members and the living area plus eight bedrooms gave us comfortable space. The beach and town are both only a few blocks away on foot. Our stay was a pleasure, and I hope we can return. The owners of Sea View Inn seem to have thought of everything guests and families might need. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked, there were fresh towels, and the property was immaculately clean. The bathrooms are updated, the bedding is beautiful, and the beds are comfortable. Outside, there's plenty of well-maintained space with a gas barbecue and lovely furniture. There's even an electric car charger.

We had a family reunion for the weekend at Sea View Inn and made some wonderful memories. We spent time playing games and having fun in the family room, and enjoyed cocktails on the beautiful porch and cozy breakfasts in the morning. Each person had a lovely room with its own decor, luxurious linens, and towels. They really thought of all the little touches. The location is hard to beat, with a short walk to the beach or the darling town of Carmel, where shops and restaurants are close by. I'd absolutely recommend it and can't wait to return.

Deborah and her staff took care of every special detail for our family, giving us a magical getaway and much-needed time together. The rooms felt luxurious, each one charming and different, and the quiet courtyard was a peaceful place for morning coffee and reading. Sea View Inn is a great spot to unplug and recharge, just a short walk from Carmel by the Sea or downtown. Restaurants, the beach, and the cutest shops are nearby. Every detail felt like it belonged in a storybook. We had the best time and can't wait to book another family vacation.

We rented The Sea View for our wedding weekend, and my husband, his groomsmen, and their significant others all stayed there. It was a perfect arrangement for us and one of the weekend's highlights. Town and the beach are easy to reach on foot, and the inn has so much charm that you might just stay in and curl up by the fire. It's a true gem in Carmel. We'll be back!
