Hampton Inn Cartersville

The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh as soon as we walked in. Breakfast was delicious and nicely put together. The employees were lovely and made us feel comfortable and safe, going out of their way to make the stay a great experience. I’d suggest stopping by and staying here. Five stars.

Haley at the front desk was awesome, and breakfast was very good. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean. It’s an older hotel, but it’s been well maintained. Tucked into a pine thicket, it was really quiet, while still close to the interstate and everything else.

When I checked in, the person at the desk just stared at me. At checkout, all I got was “ok.” Service was basically nonexistent. The hotel is older, which didn’t bother me until I saw how filthy it was and that everything seemed broken. I didn’t even try the breakfast because the whole experience was so bad. It’s by far the worst Hilton property I’ve stayed at. I’d avoid it at all costs, especially in winter, because the driveway is very steep.

I had no complaints at all. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was great, and the staff were caring and wonderful. GM Natalie was friendly and welcoming. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Cartersville,Ga, and I highly recommend it if you need a good night’s rest and a great environment.
