The green space and walking paths around a small nearby lake are lovely. The rooms are clean, and housekeeping and Engineering keep things in good shape. I had a minor issue, but it was fixed promptly. The building is older, in case that matters to you. Every person I’ve dealt with here has been lovely. The front desk and breakfast area are always staffed by people with a smile. Thanks to Iris, Mona, Carla, Angel, Wayne, and the others whose names I’ve forgotten!

Nice customer service, and breakfast is free. It would be more convenient if the breakfast area connected to the rooms, so you wouldn’t have to walk over. Other than that, everything’s good. Outside, you all could get the blink camera for the hotel and install the App on an employee’s cell phone.

The linens are spotless, and the bed sheets are crisp. But I don’t think the floors are vacuumed daily. I found two tiny bottles of wood glue on my room’s floor, which wasn’t comforting since I had a pet with me. Breakfast in the morning isn’t exciting. The oatmeal had stuck to the pot, there was only one waffle maker, and the eating area had three tables and a bench. The eggs and meat were microwaved and didn’t taste very good. Cereal and milk were the best things on the bar.

The rooms have condition issues, and there are much nicer hotels for the same price. Don’t stay here. I won’t be coming back.

The rooms are clean, the price is good, and I like the room layout. But the hotel needs to renovate the rooms, and the breakfast area is too small. Standard room repairs aren’t being reported or fixed, and the location needs attention to bring it back in line with the TownPlace brand. The room also needs a bigger TV for its size.
