Super 8 By Wyndham Cedar City

We were exhausted and just needed somewhere to sleep, and most of the hotels we checked were full. Luckily, we got one of the last rooms, and it worked perfectly for our family of six: one king bed and two queen beds, plus two sofa chairs. The room and bathroom were super clean, with great lighting from the two LED mirror lights. There was a microwave, mini fridge, a couple of desks, and a coffee table. The staff were friendly and helpful. We all enjoyed the room, and the kids especially liked the waffles and juice at breakfast.

The staff were really nice and helped us with our luggage. We’d come from Vegas, and for the price and condition this was a very good place to stay. The room wasn’t expensive and breakfast was included. A big thank you for letting us use the Tesla Charger for free!

The tub dripped all night, and the ice machine was overflowing. The signs in the room mentioned a hot tub. The people were very nice, the service was great, and breakfast was good.

I wait until after I leave to write reviews, and this stay left me unhappy. My card was charged in the middle of the night for security deposits. I was told the refund would arrive within 48 hours, but both Wyndham and my bank said the individual property was holding it. The front desk blamed Wyndham, and even after I spoke with several people at the bank and Wyndham, they still wouldn’t say where my money was. Then they charged another $100 deposit while still holding the original $200. To make matters worse, while I was recording a checkout video for documentation with my window open, an employee was even dropping and chose to light a smoke right beside my open window.
