The room felt right for a Hilton, and the food was wonderful. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knew what they were doing. They even had a plan for the extreme cold. I only saw the event center from the hallways, but it looked well kept.

The restaurant portions were generous and the prices reasonable. Service was quick and really kind, and both the pool and gym were spotless. The whole place was clean and well maintained, and dogs are welcome.

It was a peaceful, nice stay, but breakfast was a letdown for a vegetarian. There were few options, if any, unlike other Hilton Garden Inn locations in different cities, where the buffet is larger and has a richer selection, including food made to order.

The rooms and the rest of the hotel were super clean, and we really enjoyed the fire pits and happy hour. My family was here for two nights for a funeral, and the staff took good care of all of us. Erin at the front desk was especially accommodating. Heidi, our waitress, and Shane, the bartender, also stood out. Thank you for being there for us during a hard time.

The front desk staff were rude on the evening of March 3. They said their boss had reprimanded them for giving complimentary water bottles to everyone.
