PK made our stay unforgettable. They were available whenever we needed help with anything, and we really appreciated that. The staff were attentive, our room spotless, and the location was hard to beat, close to everything and the best price. The new owners are renovating and changing things up. Thanks for everything, PK, and try not to work so hard every day. We'll be back in May!

I stayed here for work at nearby ConAgra and was pleasantly surprised by the room. It was clean, the king bed was comfortable, and the microwave and mini fridge both worked. It's no Ritz-Carlton, but it suited what I needed. Expectations for a "Mom and Pop" hotel can get a bit high sometimes. If work has me on an 8 hour turnaround between shifts again, I'd stay here.

The noise made it impossible to sleep. I could hear other guests, some yelling, swearing, and talking about things I didn't want to hear. The room smelled strongly of mold and mildew, there was no cold water, and the sink was clogged. Flat pillows and a really hard, uncomfortable mattress didn't help. It was horrible, and I won't stay there again.

We'd come to see the hot air balloon fest and spend the night somewhere decent, but we left after pulling into the lot and hearing a customer complain that they'd waited an hour and their room still wasn't clean. It didn't look appealing. Of course, there was no refund, lol. We went to Holiday Inn Express Awareness instead and were very happy. Centrailia Motel was not it!

The room was better than I expected. The ice machine worked, and every light bulb in the room came on. The trains seemed to run all night and were a little loud, but I wear earplugs, so they didn't disturb my sleep. Some guests seemed a bit shady. Guys, put on a shirt.
