1 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom Uptown Apartments with City Views by Frontdesk

Two different apartments I've lived in here had bug infestations. I've asked management several times for pest control. They say they'll send someone, but never do. The place feels unsafe and poorly maintained. There have been multiple shootouts on the property. The garage key fobs haven't worked for months, and the elevators are out of service more often than they're working, which is a huge inconvenience. The fire pits in the North Tower and the dog park have never worked since I moved in. Many of the dog park fences are broken, which is a serious hazard. Between the infestations, constantly broken amenities, and security issues, this property isn't being managed responsibly and shouldn't be in operation.

Don't move here unless you're prepared for these problems. I love the south city-facing views from my apartment, but it's not worth the trouble. The water gets shut off several times a week with no transparency at all. Do not move here. I've been here since July 17 and waited to post an honest review. Management kindly resolved it when my move-in date was pushed back two days, but maintenance has been terrible since then. My cabinets had residue when I moved in, and I've repeatedly asked to have them repainted. Nothing has changed since July. Some blinds were broken when I moved in, and several requests to fix them have gone nowhere. I've emailed too and received no reply. The parking garage elevators haven't worked for weeks and weeks. One of the regular elevators is almost always down, so the others can take a while. The hallway to the elevators smells awful, and it's horrendous walking past it every day. The only redeeming things are my 18th-floor view and that the pool reopened this summer. I wish management and maintenance cared more about helping residents. Seun was one of the best apartment tour guides I've had. He showed us around The Ascher Uptown Apartments and answered every little question. He was honest and helpful about the area, traffic, nearby stores, and restaurants, and made us feel comfortable the whole time.

I’m happy I moved here. Sean worked hard to find us a good unit within our budget, and the sunrise is beautiful. The gym is a great addition too.
