As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe here. The place was well lit, the bed was super comfy, and the TV had the best reception and channel variety I’ve seen in a while. The desk staff were so nice and helpful, and the location was perfect for what I needed over the weekend. I was shocked by how nice it was for the price, especially since hotels right next door cost double. You always wonder about safety, cleanliness, and condition when the price is so good, but I’d highly recommend this place for one night or several.

The one-night price was good, and the owner, who also handles maintenance, was kind enough to fix the clogged bathroom sink. The rest of the staff were unfriendly, though. The kitchen had cockroaches all over, the floor was filthy, and the refrigerator door kept hitting the sink because it was stuck. There was garbage around the property, with no visible outdoor trash cans. There’s no front office where you can get coffee or snacks.

Tyler at the ESA Airport location really changed a rough day for me. I’d just finished a 13-hour shift and driven two hours only to find out my new home wasn’t ready. I was waiting to move into an apartment, and chose this spot because it’s near the highway and makes commuting easier as a travel nurse. Tyler went out of his way to make us comfortable and was incredibly friendly. My room was clean and quiet, and every staff member I’ve encountered has been helpful and welcoming. Thank you, Tyler and the team. We appreciate you.

The room was filthy and noisy, and I couldn’t get anyone to help. Our so-called non-smoking room reeked of smoke, my feet stuck to the dirty floor, the table was sticky, and the bathroom counters had ashes and burn marks. The shower barely ran, there was no ice maker, and the kitchen water wouldn’t get cold. Outside, people were shouting and slamming doors all night, and I was worried about roaches too. I tried calling the front desk to ask for a refund or another room, but no one answered. The office was locked, and when we arrived at 10 p.m. an employee just stared at us through the door. He gave us the wrong room number, so we had to try keys door to door after he’d left again. We were told we could stay until 1 p.m. at no charge because we arrived late, but Kimberly, the general manager, later said we’d be charged for the two hours after the normal 11 a.m. checkout. We wouldn’t have stayed if we’d known. Corporate also said we wouldn’t get a refund. I wasn’t told about the $150 deposit before booking, and then found out there was no breakfast despite the listing saying there was. Pay an extra $15-$30 for somewhere cleaner.
