The hotel had a constant cannabis smell, the shower pressure was woeful, and the heat and air never held a steady temperature. The beds were extremely firm and the pillows undersized. You also have to get a staff member to let you into the 24-hour fitness center. The photos don’t match the actual place, and it’s in a rough part of town where homeless people wander around looking for handouts. I was alone, but would have left if I’d had my family with me.

In February 2026, the van was broken and didn’t pick us up at the airport, so we paid $40 for a cab and the motel wouldn’t credit us. The next morning there was no coffee because of “supplier issues” and no breakfast because the restaurant was being renovated. There wasn’t a manager on site to approve a credit or sort out the problems, like going to the grocery store for lobby coffee. I asked the clerk at Raddison to have the manager call me, but no one did. No credit was issued for services they didn’t provide.

I checked the reviews before booking and even went to the hotel first. It looked like it had just been renovated, so I decided to take a chance. Once you drive past the sketchy area, things are okay, though it’s not the best neighborhood. The rooms, hallway, and lobby were nicely renovated, and the rooms online looked like the one I got. I was pleasantly surprised by the stay, and it was a good one for me. The restaurant was closed for renovations. It took about 10 minutes for the water to get warm, and it never got hot.

The WiFi didn’t work anywhere on the property, including on the business center computers, so I had to use my own hotspot. Staff had to print my documents for me instead of letting me use the business center. In the room, the phone didn’t work, I was first given the wrong room number, and there was no microwave despite it being advertised. There were two queen beds but only one comforter, and it was stained and ripped. The area outside didn’t feel safe or welcoming. Getting the airport shuttle was frustrating too: I called at 12:09 PM and was told it ran every hour. After I landed, I called at 3:52 PM to confirm pickup at 4:00 PM and was told yes. It didn’t come, and when I called at 4:13 PM, they asked if I’d specifically requested it. I explained no one had said that was needed and I’d been told it ran hourly. I tried again at 4:39 PM, but no one answered. I kept calling from a private number until someone picked up at 4:43 PM and said it was on the way. It finally arrived at 5:17 PM, so I waited almost an hour and a half. The stay was very inconvenient and disappointing. I wouldn’t stay again or recommend it.
