Stay Lodge Charlotte

I called several times today, 09/10/24, and nobody answered. I wanted to ask about the nightly price and whether there were any specials. If I could have traveled to the location, I would have. Not answering the phone is unprofessional.

I've stayed here for four years, and it's fine if you're only here for a week. For a longer stay, I wouldn't recommend it. The rooms have mold around the windows, and it builds up in the bathroom over time and in the heating and air-conditioning unit. We've asked repeatedly for it to be fixed, but nothing's been done. We also have to keep reminding staff about other issues. It took three months for them to fix a broken toilet.

It's comfortable, but everything feels squeezed together and there's not much room. Even joining two rooms, I don't think there'd be much more space.

I don't understand why there's never anything available. I've been asking for four years straight, and it's always the same woman who answers. She seems ready to hang up, says the same thing, and then ends the call. I don't know why she even comes to work.
