I checked in very late because of bad weather but still had a wonderful stay. The room was spotless, and the coffee station stayed clean. I was especially impressed watching the Asian lady at the front desk clean the whole station, trash area included, while I made coffee. At first I thought she was housekeeping because she was so hands-on and took such care of everything. You don't often see front desk staff go that far. She also helped me fix the TV remote and kindly brought extra towels and toothpaste. Whenever I came downstairs she greeted me with a friendly smile, and that made the place feel warm and comfortable. Thank you to your staff Jane for such excellent service. It definitely didn't go unnoticed.

The rooms were impeccably clean, and the shower door glass was so clear I thought it was open. The hotel was nice overall, and the staff were friendly. At breakfast, the young woman kept an eye on everything and made sure it was up to par every second. But the power went out for hours, which was scary and unfortunate. For a Hilton hotel, I found that unacceptable, and I think there should have been a generator for situations like that. Keep up the good work, but get a generator.

The room was quiet, and the heater barely made any noise. It was clean and handy for getting to local attractions, though my king room had only basic furniture and no decor. The bed was comfortable enough, but the pillows really need replacing. At check-in, the woman was friendly and explained the hotel, though her accent made some of it hard to follow. Checkout was less helpful: the woman paid little attention, so I had to ask about the procedure. This was my second Thanksgiving stay, but I’ll look elsewhere next time I’m in the area.

The front desk staff were superb, and they helped make our anniversary Stevie Nicks trip a success. My husband and I came to Charlotte from out of town, and the hotel made sure we had what we needed. The rooms were newly done and clean, the breakfast was great, and we enjoyed the pool. We were close to the freeway, but our room stayed quiet, and we took an Uber into town, which I recommend. The location was great, and free parking was a big plus since other places in the city charge extra. Our family is grateful for the service. Five stars!
