The gardens were such a lovely place to wander the next morning, with lots of green and little corners to explore. Everything was beautifully maintained, and the historic mansion itself is a treat to see. Our cozy room looked out onto leafy trees, and we found a quiet upper lobby with water and tea, plus a screened porch where we could sit in the night air and listen to the sounds around us. It was so peaceful. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We especially enjoyed chatting with the woman at the concierge desk, and we're grateful the wait staff prepared an allergy-safe breakfast. We only stayed one night, but it was absolutely lovely, and I'd happily return to Duke Mansion.

The setting outside is gorgeous and the rooms are picturesque, but the staff really made the event. Darius was wonderful to work with on a family member's recent baby shower. He was friendly, flexible, and attentive, helped us switch the table settings, and made sure we had what we needed, including a steamer and step stool. He also handled last-minute changes smoothly. Many thanks to Darius and the rest of the staff.

Darrieus was the best part of our stay, energetic and friendly, with great customer service. The front desk staff weren't unpleasant, but they came across as a little cold and the service there felt lacking. Our room was warm and comfortable, and we slept well in the quiet halls. Breakfast was included and very good, and the grounds were nice, with parking included. We had a great experience at the Duke Mansion.

I actually hit my head twice on one of the hobbit-sized doors in our room, since apparently I don't learn, but my wife and I still had a great time. It's a beautiful building in a lovely location, and it was fun staying somewhere with so much history. The staff were courteous and helpful. I'd recommend it to anyone after a friendly, unusual historic stay.

Darius was so caring and stayed on top of my allergies. I'm really thankful for all that attention. Enrique was the sweetest and made my night, and Bonita was lovely and attentive. Rachel and the drinks were amazing. Such a wonderful evening.
