The Chatt Inn

I’ve lived at the Chatt Inn for a little over two years and plan to stay much longer. The residents I’ve met have been pleasant and respectful, and the staff are okay. Angel in management stands out. When I need something fixed, she gets right on it, always with a smile, and she’s patient with me. We’ve had many conversations, and I really appreciate her time. Anita, another manager, is helpful and polite too, and maintenance does its best to keep up with things. The roaches are my biggest complaint. I spray every day, but they still seem to overrun the place. Apart from that, I don’t mind living here.

Chatt Inn is a nice place to stay when you need a little peace of mind or just somewhere temporary. MS.Anita, the manager, is sweet and makes sure people are safe and comfortable. If you’re unhappy with your stay, she’ll see what she can do to help. The staff are friendly too, and Angel does what she can to make sure guests are satisfied. There’s a pizza place next door, yum, plus other restaurants and stores nearby, which makes staying here more fun. It’s not a bad hotel, five stars from me.

I’ve been here since May. The start was a little rough, but my husband and I got settled into a new room, and we haven’t had any issues since. The manager is absolutely the nicest lady, and the other women in the office are nice too.

The staff make you feel welcome, almost like you’re at home. They’re so respectful and helpful, and I can’t thank them enough. I mean Josh at the front desk and Anita in particular.
