The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the location was handy for food and activities. Parking was very good. We stayed two nights in May and had a spacious, very nice room where everything worked. The bed was reasonably comfortable, the pillows were good, and the shower had a strong, pleasant spray with very good pressure. TV reception wasn’t good. There were only basic cable channels, not many, and no guide or even a channel list. For $102 total per night, it was decent value, and I’d stay again. I’d rate it 7.6/10 overall.

We were unsure about booking this Super 8 in Cherokee because a previous stay at another Super 8 had gone badly. The Google reviews and its location near the Visitor Center and the Great Smoky Mountains convinced us to give it a try, and we don’t regret it, especially for the price. Our room and beds were clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and welcoming. It turned into a pleasant stay and was better than we expected for location, cleanliness, comfort, and value.

The hotel felt a little stuck in the past. The microwave looked like it came straight from the 80's, but it worked and was super clean inside, so I couldn’t complain. We stayed here while visiting Cherokee because, being a weekend, we couldn’t find another hotel we wanted at a reasonable price. The hotel was really great, quiet, and had friendly staff. The lady at the front desk was super nice and extremely helpful. I couldn’t have been happier.

When we’re in the area, we overnight here. The rooms are spacious and always clean, the staff are friendly, and the price is reasonable. Restaurants are nearby, and you can walk to them if you want to stretch your legs.
