Judy was so kind and helpful when we arrived early and couldn’t check in because housekeeping was behind. She explained things clearly and made us feel welcome. Later, when we returned to check into our four rooms, the lobby quickly filled up behind us. Judy stayed calm, polite, and warm through the rush. She handled it like a champ, and that smile and great attitude were much appreciated.

Judy and the front desk team made the trip easy and stress-free. They’re friendly, welcoming, and easygoing. The rooms were comfortable, clean each time, and well kept, with a fresh, inviting feel. For the service and comfort, it was a good value. I’d recommend staying here and look forward to coming back.

We stayed the night before a cruise, and the hotel was very convenient for where we parked. The area felt safe and was quiet. Our room was nice, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were great. Breakfast was hot and really good, and the friendly staff made check-in and checkout quick and easy.

We had to add a night because our cruise was delayed, and Judy was very helpful in arranging it. The staff were helpful throughout, the room was clean and updated, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was great too. We love this hotel and would stay again when we’re in the area.

The only thing that bothered me was breakfast, where the sausage links were cold. Everything else was good: the room was nice, staff were pleasant, the hotel was clean, and the area was good. That one issue wasn’t enough to take off a star. I’d stay again.
