Executive Inn And Suites

The bed was actually comfortable, which was almost comical. Everything else I’d want from a hotel room felt gross, broken, dirty, loud, or rude. I can’t think of a positive thing to say. I would’ve paid to avoid staying here.

There was only one pillow, and it was nasty. The room had bugs and roaches, a phone that was only half there, and no table or chairs. Never staying again.

The receptionist wasn’t helpful, and the customer service was poor.

I stayed four nights and couldn’t switch rooms because the place was fully booked. The mattress had urine stains, and there was mold in the tub and on the curtains. They said they’d serviced the room, but didn’t replace the shower curtain liner. I also reported the broken refrigerator on my first night, more than once, and it was never fixed or replaced. Management was rude.
