I slept really well here, the bed was super comfortable, and the little LED around the nightstand made a handy nightlight. The room has both heat and AC, so it should work in any season. There's a pair of locks for getting in and out, which felt reassuring. The bathroom is small, though there's enough room for your things. This place was a real find, and I'll stay again.

The property was nice and the room itself was good, but it wasn't the room I'd booked. I reserved a superior suite for the extra space and got a standard room instead. My partner and I had driven over an hour, so that was disappointing, and the bathroom was so small I could barely turn around to wash. The owner didn't tell us about the change beforehand. I work in hospitality, and I think guests should be informed and offered some accommodation. I had to contact them and pretty much ask for one before they eventually gave us a late checkout. I'd come back and give it five stars if I got the room I booked.

Really clean, and the customer service was friendly. I even found a cutting board in the cabinet while chopping peppers. They paid attention to the details, and I'd definitely recommend it.

Our room was spotless and decorated beautifully. It works really well for a short stay, with a cooktop and mini fridge for groceries and simple meals. Such a hidden gem in the city. I highly recommend New Season Royals.

We spent a couple of weeks here, and the room had what we needed to be comfortable: a kitchen with dishes, internet, TV, nice furniture, and a pleasant climate. It was cozy, too. The area may not be ideal for evening walks, and the waterfront isn't especially close, but I'd happily return. Thanks to the owners for looking after us.
