Roaches are everywhere, and the whole place feels disgusting. I can’t leave the bathroom light off for more than five minutes before they come out and take over the room. I’ve also found a syringe under my bed. People deal drugs and use heroin in rooms, and I see drug dealers and prostitutes in the parking lot and coming and going. There’s fighting next door all the time, and nobody does anything. It’s ridiculous that pets aren’t allowed while this is going on. They should check this place out, and there should be a pool and some kind of play area for kids.

I stay here and love it. It’s quiet, the owner is very nice, and the rooms are clean. I’ve read the bad reviews, and maybe there were issues years ago, but this is definitely where I’d go if I had to live somewhere. Nicest hotel on jd ♥

Most of the time, about 95%, it’s nice and quiet, which is pretty good for a JD motel. People live here, so it feels like a big family, with good and bad times. Management will work with you if money’s tight, and they’re quick to fix things. There’s no ice machine, and the cable goes out once in a while. The Xfinity boxes need updating. I think of it as historic because it was here before I-95. Now Martha Kay has added to its history by letting the Showtime series 'Homeland' film an episode here. They changed the facade and called it "The Crown Motel & Restaurant," then put a fence around a swimming pool ladder to make it look like there was a real pool. Claire Danes was here, and it was a huge production. We learned how long it takes to get one scene done.

The room smelled horrible, and it was dirty all over. There were roaches and holes in the couch. I checked in late and had no choice because every other hotel was full, but I wish I’d saved my time and money. I recommend Snow White or White House up the street. They’re worth the money.

I kept to myself and had no problems here. The owner is cool. The hotel staff may not be the friendliest, but I don’t really care what other people do, and I don’t judge who stays here. At least nobody has ever been shot or killed here.
