We appreciated how understanding the staff were when they let us check out late. They were kind and welcoming throughout. The hotel is quite old, though, and the beds were uncomfortable with lumpy pillows. During the winter vortex, our heater didn't work, so we had to ask for extra blankets. The ones in the room felt more like hospital blankets than the usual soft hotel kind. The location worked perfectly for university visits, sporting events, and the airport.

The staff at Best Western Plus Philadelphia Airport Staff made me feel at home during my visit to Chester. They were so caring about guests' comfort and safety, the meals were delicious, and the service was outstanding. I'm grateful for how far they went to help, and I'll definitely return on my next trip to Widener University. Anyone contracting with or visiting the University should consider staying here, just a block or two from campus. Uno's pizza across the street is wonderful, and their staff were extremely kind and accommodating. See you again soon, this Midwest girl will be back! ❤️ 🔧🤗❤️

I had a king bed suite with a spotless, spacious room, a very nice shower, and good breakfast. The host was wonderful and went above and beyond with the service. I'd definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, the AC worked, and the location was great. It wasn't the Ritz, obviously, but it did the job. Tamar was so friendly and brought great energy to the whole experience. She helped me with check-in and parking, and really went above and beyond.
4/10
The staff were nice and helpful, and being near the airport was convenient. But the rooms were very worn, and there were stains on the pillows and cover. I was glad I only stayed one night. Given the area and the poor room quality, it wasn't worth it.
