The breakfast was great, with tasty hot food and delicious juice, and all the staff we met were so nice. The room was quiet and in a safe area, and the TV had plenty of channels. I appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. If you're a member at a certain level, silver or higher, I think, there are drinks and snacks available, though I can't remember the exact level. The room was just what we needed, and we really enjoyed the stay. We pass through Wyoming a few times a year and will definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Cheyenne, Wyoming, on our way to the West Coast. Our Boxer doesn't like elevators, so we asked for a first-floor room, and they granted that without hesitation. Mychal and Tina "Faustina" were especially helpful and polite about our needs. The check-in employees were professional, efficient, and courteous. The whole place was very clean, especially our room, and breakfast was plentiful, with eggs, bacon, bagels, waffles, cereal, and fruit. Thanks to them for making it a pleasant stay. I'd recommend this hotel for a stay in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

We came back a week later on our way home, and Josh recognized us right away and welcomed us back. The first time, we'd booked because of the hot tub, but it was being resurfaced, and I was clearly disappointed. Josh at the desk quickly offered us a suite instead. He was very friendly and really knows how to help people. Breakfast was very good, and I especially appreciated that the butter was soft, so it didn't tear up my toast or waffle. Great staff and a great place to stay. Thanks, Josh and everyone! Bruce and Jill Bustin, West Olive, Michigan

The hotel was clean, with thoughtful touches like an old-fashioned popcorn machine and lemonade, and everyone on staff we met was friendly and helpful. The young man who checked us in, maybe Josh, was outstanding. He had the cowboy hat, bolo tie, and boots, and showed Wyoming hospitality by being extra friendly and helpful. My wife and I travel a lot, and this was one of the best hotel stays we've had in a long time. God willing, if we're back in Wyoming, this will be our go-to place.

Fresh cookies and popcorn in the evening are a fun extra. The front desk staff were wonderful, friendly, and helpful, and we had a clean room and a good free breakfast. The hotel is conveniently right off I-80.
