We booked through the website and were glad to find a two-bedroom room available at the last minute. For our family of five, with three young children, having two bedrooms and two bathrooms worked great. Booking was easy, the front desk help was wonderful, and the kitchen had basic cooking supplies. Everything was very clean. We'll definitely stay again next time we're passing through.

The front desk staff were super nice and made us feel welcome. We liked the comfortable bed and couch, the well-designed desk area, and the closet was customized nicely. The kitchen worked well for us, especially with its full-size refrigerator. The bathroom was standard. My gripe is the TV, which is about the size of most computer screens. Come on, Marriott, update it.

We were impressed on our first stay at a TownePlace. The queen room had a very nice bed and bath, plus a full-size couch, and it was quiet. The rate was about $100 a night, the same as other nearby hotels.

Musty room, broken TV, and it smelled like dogs. I paid $270, and this was nowhere near the Marriott experience I expect. Chelsea at the front desk was rude and snooty from the start, and the wedding party there was still noisy well past 11 p.m. MST. I made the reservation while traveling, two hours before arriving that same day. The hotel has a $150 cancellation policy, so after reaching the room around 10:50 p.m. MST, I felt stuck: cancel for a decent night's rest and pay $150, or stay in a loud, musty room with a TV that didn't work. They also don't honor senior or other discounts promoted by the Marriott brand. Painful, expensive lesson. Don't stay here.

This has been a good place for my longer stay. Check-in was quick and easy, and I'm coming back for a second time. The staff kept breakfast nice and organized, and there's a huge parking lot.
