Days Inn Cheyenne

Ms. Shelby was fantastic and helped me all the way through after I contacted this location from another one that was atrocious, even though the service there had been great. She also got me an incredibly nice room. Definitely an awesome person.

The shallow section of the pool is great for kids and toddlers, and the pool and hot tub were both nice. The women at the front desk were really kind, especially the one we saw in the morning. Great hotel in a good location.

We were towing a trailer from Arizona toward northern Wyoming when high winds, a travel restriction, and then a storm forced us to stop in Cheyenne unexpectedly. The front office staff were incredibly friendly and got us a room even though it was well before check-in time and the hotel had been booked the night before. It's a bit dated, but we found it comfortable and quiet, with enough parking for our trailer and larger vehicles. Having restaurants and a small convenience store across the street helped since we didn't want to haul the trailer around town in the wind. We were very happy with the stay despite the unexpected stop, and would come back.

The room was clean and nice, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast let us down: at 7:15 there were no muffins, only two yogurts, burnt eggs, and undercooked potatoes. The attendant was leaning on the prep table playing on her phone. They also had no non-dairy creamer.
