Belden Stratford

I really enjoy the community here, and above all, it feels very safe. The property is lovely and well preserved. The staff are attentive and discreet, and over time they can become good friends and listeners. I make a point of sharing this place with my loved ones, especially considering its Lincoln park area.

I toured The Belden-Stratford and thought the building was absolutely beautiful. The amenities were great, and the staff were super friendly and attentive. I'm seriously considering renting here.

The interior is absolutely beautiful, and the staff and receptionist were wonderful, very professional and dressed professionally. The restaurant downstairs has fabulous food and drinks. If I lived here, I'd eat there every night. It's right across from Mon Ami Gabi and the Lincoln Park zoo, close to the lake, a park, great restaurants and entertainment. The street is quiet, with no traffic noise. It's a very walkable area with easy public transit, and the farmers market down the street is one of the best in the city. It's especially lovely for walks in fall and summer when the leaves change. For families, having a park across the way is a plus. The building is being renovated into apartments. The two-bedroom penthouse is around $11,000 a month for about 1,200 square feet. For another $2,000 monthly, you can get 400 more square feet and a loft. You can even rent a Tesla if you live here. There are probably high-end apartments nearby that cost a lot less, though. If money isn't an issue, I'd highly recommend this building. You really can't go wrong, and the service is top notch.

The lobby feels like a museum, and the building is one of the most beautiful in Chicago. The management team is friendly and helpful too. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury apartment in the city.
