The common rooftop has amazing views, and the building feels safe and secure with buzz entry and lots of cameras. The finishes are above average for the price. I've lived at 943 N Crosby for almost a year, and it's one of the best rental experiences I've had in my decade of renting in Chicago. I've rented 11 apartments in the city and used to work in the multifamily business, so I can confidently say the owner and management team are doing things right. Management is incredibly responsive and reasonable, and truly cares about tenants. It's without a doubt the best management I've experienced.

A great place to live, with a convenient location, indoor parking, in-unit washer and dryer, and an HVAC system. The neighbors are quiet, it's pet friendly, and the management company responds promptly.
